SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Hot Print Co., LLC (“Hot Print Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including orders placed through pre-order links, individual checkouts, and bulk or invoiced orders. By placing an order, approving an invoice, or authorizing payment, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

 

Order Pathways Overview

Hot Print Co. fulfills orders through two primary pathways:

  1. Pre-Order Link Orders (Individual Purchases)

  2. Bulk or Invoiced Orders (Single Payer)

While the ordering method differs, all orders are custom-made, and once production begins, the fulfillment process and shipping policies apply equally to both pathways unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

Pre-Order Link Orders (Individual Purchases)

Most website orders are placed through pre-order links. In this model:

  • Individual customers place and pay for their own orders through a shared pre-order page.

  • The pre-order link remains open for a period determined by the organizer of the order (not Hot Print Co.).

  • Production does not begin until the pre-order link is closed and all required approvals and payments are received.

Because the closing date of a pre-order link is not controlled by Hot Print Co., delivery dates cannot be determined or guaranteed at the time an individual order is placed.

Default Shipping for Pre-Order Links

Unless otherwise specified, all items from a pre-order link are shipped together to a single delivery address, typically the order organizer or group representative (“Order Organizer”).

Once delivery is made to the Order Organizer’s address, Hot Print Co.’s shipping obligation is complete. We are not responsible for internal distribution, coordination, loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur after delivery to the Order Organizer.

Optional Individual Shipping (Pre-Order Links)

In some cases, customers may elect to have their individual order shipped directly to their own address instead of the Order Organizer.

  • An additional shipping fee applies.

  • Individual shipping may extend the delivery timeline, potentially up to three (3) weeks after the pre-order link closes.

  • Individual shipments may be produced or shipped separately and are subject to additional handling and carrier variability.

Hot Print Co. is not responsible for delays, carrier issues, or delivery timing related to individual shipping selections.

Bulk and Invoiced Orders (Single Payer)

Some orders are placed as bulk or invoiced orders, where:

  • One individual or organization submits a list of quantities and sizes.

  • A single invoice is issued.

  • One payer pays for the entire order.

For bulk or invoiced orders, production timelines begin only after full payment and final approval are received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bulk and invoiced orders are shipped to a single delivery address specified on the invoice. Split shipments may be available by request and may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

 

Production Timeline (All Orders)

Once a pre-order link has closed or an invoice has been paid and approved, orders enter production.

For most standard U.S. orders, production typically takes approximately 10–14 business days. Certain products, decoration methods, quantities, supply constraints, or customization requirements may require additional production time.

All production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Timeline and Delivery Estimates

After production is complete, orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

For most domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically occurs within approximately 2–3 weeks after production begins, inclusive of transit time. International orders may take longer depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing on the invoice.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers, which may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers depending on destination, service level, and availability.

Carrier selection and shipping method are determined at Hot Print Co.’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Rush Services and Expedited Shipping

Rush production or expedited shipping services may be available for certain orders, subject to availability.

Rush services are treated as target timelines only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Hot Print Co. is not responsible for missed deadlines due to carrier delays, supplier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Risk of Loss and Carrier Responsibility

Risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, or misdelivery transfers to the customer once an order leaves our facility.

Hot Print Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, theft, or delivery errors. All shipping-related disputes or claims must be pursued directly with the carrier.

We are not responsible for the outcome of carrier claims.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Hot Print Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors may be billed to the customer.

 

Delivery to Order Organizer

For pre-order link shipments delivered to an Order Organizer:

  • Hot Print Co.’s responsibility ends upon delivery to the designated address.

  • We are not responsible for individual distribution, collection, coordination, or disputes between participants and the Order Organizer.

  • Failure to receive items from the Order Organizer does not constitute a shipping error by Hot Print Co.

 

No Guarantee of Delivery Dates

Because orders are custom-made and may involve pre-order collection periods, Hot Print Co. does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.

Delivery timing is not a condition of sale. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, cancellations, or chargebacks once production has begun.

 

Changes to This Policy

Hot Print Co. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
